Girne American University (GAU) has been teaching the English language to students from all over the world for over 25 years. A striking university nestled at the base of the Besparmak mountain range overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, offers children and young adults an ideal and safe environment for a summer full of fun and learning. In December 2009 GAU opened their Canterbury Campus in England. Canterbury is ideally situated near the English coast and only an hour travel by train from Central London. GAU can now offer their summer school programs in this beautiful and historical town of England by giving an opportunity to the students to learn English in its home country. Students will meet many different nationalities which will encourage English-speaking socially and to build international friendship and understanding.
